Shipping Services & Rates
We offer three shipping options to meet your needs:

Economy $5.99 USD 15-25 business days
Standard $9.99 USD 10-20 business days
Expedited $19.99 USD 5-10 business days
All rates apply globally unless restricted (see Section 3).


Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: Shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Transit Times:

North America/Europe: 7-15 days (Standard), 5-8 days (Expedited)

Asia/Australia: 10-20 days (Standard), 7-12 days (Expedited)

South America/Africa: 15-25 days (Economy), 12-18 days (Standard)

Note: Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier disruptions.


Restricted Countries/Regions
We currently cannot ship to:
❌ Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea
❌ Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk (Ukraine)
❌ Specific sanctioned jurisdictions per OFAC guidelines

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

Monitor your package at: www.17track.net.


Address Changes & Billing
Address Updates: Allowed only before 11:00 PM GMT (-7 GMT) on the order date. Email [email protected].

Billing/Shipping Mismatch: Shipments can be sent to addresses different from your billing address.


Operational Notes
Weekend/Holidays: Orders placed after Friday 5 PM GMT or on holidays ship the next business day.

Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for duties/taxes.


Lost/Damaged Packages
File a claim within 30 days of shipment with:
✅ Tracking number
✅ Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
