Returns

a. Received Wrong Product

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours and provide:
✅ Order ID
✅ Photo/video evidence of the incorrect item

We will cover return shipping costs and prioritize reshipping the correct product

b. Change of Mind

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
✅ Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
✅ Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
✅ Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (tracked shipping recommended)
Refunds

a. Lost Package

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
✅ Submit a screenshot of the tracking details
✅ We will investigate with the carrier and issue a full refund or reship upon confirmation

Packages with no tracking updates for 15+ days will be treated as lost

b. Damaged Product

If damage is detected upon delivery:
✅ Submit unboxing video + damage photos within 24 hours
✅ Choose between a full refund or free replacement after verification

No refunds for customer-induced damage (e.g., drops, water exposure)

Processing & Methods

Refunds are processed within 7-12 business days after receiving returned items

Funds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or lower value

If the replacement item is out of stock, store credit or a refund will be issued
